The tuition reimbursement plan helps you pay for an undergraduate or graduate degree program that's relevant to your present job or helps qualify you for future opportunities at Stryker. All regular, full-time employees* in good standing are eligible to participate.

*Employees must complete 12 months of continuous employment before being eligible to participate in this plan (unless already enrolled in an eligible field of study at the time of hire).
